Interestingly we have seen several precious metals analysts suggest that something quite interesting is taking place in the silver market. For example, Alasdair Macleod wrote an article; A Whale Is Accumulating Silver Futures, implying that the Chinese government may indeed be acquiring a significant long position in the silver market. Macleod believes China may be going long silver, via the futures market, to protect its supply by hedging as the price heads higher in the future. </div> </div> </div> <div class="field field-type-datestamp field-field-article-published-date"> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <span class="date-display-single">Tuesday, July 30th</span> </div> </div> </div> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 1.25rem; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-weight: 400; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 17.008px; line-height: inherit; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; color: #000000; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-style: i<p><a href="http://silverseek.com/commentary/silver-price-2019-year-new-bull-market-17709" target="_blank">read more</a></p> Tue, 30 Jul 2019 13:08:28 +0000 SRSrocco 17709 at http://silverseek.com Major Production Declines From The Top Two Primary Silver Mining Companies http://silverseek.com/commentary/major-production-declines-top-two-primary-silver-mining-companies-17704 <div class="field field-type-text field-field-article-snippet"> <div class="field-label">Snippet:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> As the silver price continues to break out of its lows, two of the top primary mining companies are experiencing major production declines in the first half of the year.
